This is what works for us, going back to the basics: Don’t skip breakfast, avoid late night snacking, brown bag it, and ask yourself if you are really hungry or if you are emotional eating. Start your meal with a salad and drink plenty of green tea.

Learn Something New – The first step here is deciding what you want to learn.
